How Do I Use A Discount Code?
To use a promotional code, please follow these steps:
Choose the item you want to order and then click “Checkout” button
You will then be transferred to our Customer Information page on the next page, fill-in the corresponding information needed
You will see a “Discount” field on the upper right most part of the page
You need to input the discount code and then click apply. You need to verify if the discount has been applied and is valid by seeing it applied on the breakdown listed below.
I Want To Change My Order / Address, Can I?
Though we highly encourage you double check sizes and addresses prior to placing an order with us, we fully understand that things come up and mistakes can be made. We process orders the same day they are placed. If a change needs to be made to your order please contact us through our Contact Us section ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate that change, BUT we can not make any promises. If the item(s) has already been shipped from our fulfillment center we cannot make changes to the order.
In that case, you can send the wrong item to our corporate offices and once received we can send out a corrected item.

Since we have a few warehouses, we don’t have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. So you’ll probably receive one item before the next. Don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! 🙂Back to Index
How Is My Order Shipped?

When Can I Expect To Receive My Shipment?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days of the order being placed. Shipment will arrive in between 10-20 business days after the shipment date, depending on the availability of the carrier provider and location.
